Increased Merchant Support From Promat

The leading supplier of passive fire protection materials has announced a new appointment which reflects the increased support the company is now providing to the UK merchant market.

April Knowles has taken the role of Merchant Sales Specialist for Promat UK, and will focus on providing additional service and support to the company’s merchant customers.

April will work with merchants to increase their awareness of Promat’s extensive product range and enable them to provide their customers with effective and reliable passive fire protection solutions.
 
 “I’ll be visiting them to help with everything from staff training sessions on technical issues, through to point-of-sale displays,” adds April. “Our customers know that we have a great product range, but I’ll be working to help them gain extra benefit from things such as the wealth of technical expertise that Promat has at its fingertips. Wherever one of our merchants requires extra support, we’ll be there to see how best we can help them.”
